Let Jesus break you out of your prison

Psalm 142:7 Bring my soul out of prison, That I may praise Your name; The righteous shall surround me, For You shall deal bountifully with me.

What prison do you need the Lord to break you out of? We all go through moments where we are held captive by something. Some of us may be locked up in captivity right now and find ourselves trapped from experiencing joy, growth, or contentment. What prison have you found yourself in? It could be any of the maximum-security prisons that Satan uses to hold us hostage: doubt, fear, unhealthy desire, addiction, greed, hate, judgment, anger, or lust. If we allow it, we will do life confined by these prisons and be robbed of the life God longs us to have. Sadly, some of us will never let go of these prisons, but with Jesus we can be set free and He can break us out. Through Jesus, He can help us experience a life of freedom from the shackles of guilt and shame that come from sin and give us strength to avoid the temptations that lead us to sin. Don't let your life waste away in any prison. Let Jesus break you out of your prisons and have a blessed day!
