Let go, Be happy ??
“One of the hardest lessons in life is letting go. Whether it's guilt, anger, love, loss or betrayal. Change is never easy. We fight to hold on and we fight to let go. If you've been hurt until it breaks your soul into pieces, your perspective in life will definitely change, and no one and nothing in this world could ever hurt you again.” - Mareez Reyes
No time is better than the present to make a powerful decision to release negativity so that, you can enjoy life as it unfolds precious moments each day. There is something we need to learn from the art of 'letting go'. To ‘?????? ????’ means to give up resisting and struggling to hold on to meaningless issues in exchange for wholesome moments that come our way by allowing and accepting unchangeable realities that come by in our daily lives.

Letting go is really hard, especially when you have to let go of something you really want, whether it’s a great opportunity, someone you really liked or loved or even any expectations you had about something.
Change happens for a reason, it is never easy, but then nothing worthwhile in life is easy! It is quite hard to let go and move on, but once we do, we feel free from the emotional shackles that were holding us back and we realize very soon it was the best decision we ever made.
When we stop expecting life to be perfect, for people to be the best they can be, we are no longer holding ourselves down with things that are out of our control, we have grown and matured enough to appreciate both life and the people in our lives for what and who they are.
Every moment is a chance to let go and feel peaceful. Here are some ways to get started:
- Laugh it out ??
- Cry it out ??
- Use a deep breathing technique ??
- Use meditation or yoga to bring you into the present moment
- Engage in physical activities like running, walking, gyming
- Immerse yourself in group activities like laughing club, meetups, social services
- Learn a new skill
- Change your perception
- Remind yourself that anger hurts you more than the person who upset you
- Replace your thoughts
These practices will make your “Let Go” journey easier.
Simplify your lives, share your love, caring and compassion generously, communicate honestly and truthfully, stop focusing on how unlucky you are, and remind yourself about how blessed you are, there is always that one other person or many other people who have it so much worse.
