I find I am my biggest critic and too often beat myself up over the work I have done. This can be just as bad as external criticism as it can be harsher and without foundation.

I find receiving feedback (as I see it criticism) very difficult sometimes! I can improve and should be open to ‘areas for improvement’. Your piece was thought provoking as always Gareth! ????
