On set for one of my earlier music videos back in 2011. When I look back on this pic - I have some lessons learned that I’d love to share with you.

Firstly, there will be people that will come in and out of your life throughout your journey. Whether good or bad - their contributions will play a role in SHAPING who YOU become along the way. So remember to embrace it, learn from it and move on.

Secondly, YOU truly need to believe in yourself - CONFIDENCE is key.

Lastly - have your fur baby on set - they will always bring a POSITIVE energy that is priceless. ???? #tbt
