This is a love story. And, what the heck? Who doesn't love a love story? Say hi to (upper right and bottom left) Terrance Tschatschula and Kelly Owens. Been together a long time, Parents to two amazing young women Ellen Tschatschula and Laura Tschatschula. Dear friends. Well, today, we celebrated their almost 30 years of courtship/marriage. As an old sports guy, I'm partial toward Terrance, who blocked for Earl Campbell as an offensive lineman at the The University of Texas at Austin long ago. This picture is the great dude with three girls he met in Aspen during a ski trip lunch. Random encounter with (bottom right) my darling bride, Susie Lester and, his eventual bride, Kelly. To think? Three decades later, these relationships are vibrant and healthy. We learned all this stuff, actually were reminded, during a wonderful snowshoeing adventure today in Bailey. What a great time. Let's call it the "Snowshoe Crew." Truthfully? It's another example to the undeniable truth of this: We need each other. It's the foundation of everything A Stronger Cord's all about. We can't got through this crazy thing called life alone. Impossible. Too hard. We need each other. "One will be overpowered, two can defend themselves but a cord of three strands is not easily broken." The importance of connecting with community. So critical because our darn minds will play tricks on us. Don't go it alone. Connect with others and encourage one another - give hope and confidence to - we can overcome, and prevail, against whatever ails us! #goodbettterbest
