I can testify to this, I did not wait to be given a position in a certain office to make impact, what has been placed by God in your heart, DO IT NOW. True leadership is not a title or position but ACTIONS in serving others. The beauty about serving others is that in turn you create positions and titles follow.

Today when people mention the word “Maestros", it is associated with a kind/ breed of leaders we are building, we did not require someone to give us an office to do it, we agreed on developing the same goal and thats why we say, LET’S DO THIS
