Lessons From My Session in Kigali - P1

I shared two important things with the women who attended my workshop in Kigali ???? and I figured this might help you too. So here it goes.

No 1: Be clear about what you are trying to help your customers achieve.

As a business owner, your primary objective should be to solve an existing problem for your customers and in the process, help make their lives better.

You know this part, but do your customers know it too?

  • Do they understand HOW you can do this for them?
  • Do they know WHAT they stand to gain working with or buying from you?
  • Do they know why they should buy from you and not your competitors?

Learn to communicate your value first and focus on Showing them what they stand to gain.

Instead of just posting pictures of your product and trying to sell your services on social media, take them on a journey and enlighten them on how you are going to help them boost their confidence, reduce stress, loose weight, build their brand online, communicate better with their audience, double their sales using new ads strategies or gain financial freedom.

It all depends on what you offer as a product or service.

You might have a better product, but if you don’t know how to communicate the value your product offers over what your competitors have, you will struggle to make more sales.

“In a clear and easy to understand statement, can you tell me what problems you help your customers solve?”
