I am excited to share my experiences and insights from the recent University of Technology, Jamaica Dr Kevin Brown MEng(Hons), PhD, AMIMechE Major Project Conference 2024, held under the theme "Engineering for the Future: Research and Development for the Continued Growth of Jamaica." It was an honor to be invited by the School of Engineering and the Vaughn Alexander Major Project Conference Team, and I am thrilled to bring you some key learnings and lessons from this remarkable event.
