Hi my name is Janice and you know I was thinking about some of the reports that we have on patients that are having in home health care providers A lot of them are grumpy and some of them are just really really ill chronically ill sometimes we have to have special equipment to take care of these patients cuz they're better than and of course it's their home that's going to be the hospital that's going to be there place to settle at least Syracuse stages things to consider is if you are taking care of a patient you might want to think about what's interesting about that patient because see when you take care of someone you have to emphasize and coordinate yourself in their home because they're not just patience and their homes in the hospital soon as we have a tendency of thinking we're in the hospital there's no surgical supplies so I mean come on think about it we all live in this community if there's a reason for a nursing home then that's the different thing that cost a lot of money of course now they are around their familiar surroundings and they're chronically ill and disabled some more handicap if we involve ourselves and make decisions in your home to make things realistic to make them feel like there's something that lies ahead like for example if we were to devote ourselves to these people and not call them our patients and not calm you know anything else or epic or responsible for some of the ideas and some of the words they have to say for example there are some common procedures okay that go on and they make people comfortable when we're not going to call patients anymore because that's not really nice thing to say some of them are really sick and they indicate that their illness is just out of control how do we take care of them do we read a book to him do we take control do we talk to their family what if they don't have a family well in most communities if someone gets sick my father son or daughter we are going to have to pay more attention to their family
