1. Keep it simple
The first thing to learn from Franklin’s daily schedule is its simplicity.
Try to simplify the task by breaking it into smaller ones.The more simpler the task, the more driven you would feel to complete it within a given time frame.
2. Wake up and go to bed at the same time each day
“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise,”is one of Franklin's most popular mantras.
Each day, try to fix the time you go to sleep and wake up.By doing so you will improve the quality of your rest cycle which is an obvious necessity and hence increase the? productivity of your day.
3. Spend quiet time alone
Learn to spend some time alone during which you could focus and review on your mistakes you did while performing previous tasks.

7. Settle things back in order after work
After a long tiring day at work, it’s easy to walk away from our work space and leave things in a disorderly manner, with a thought to return back the next morning to clean it up before starting new work.
Though this saves time upfront, it wastes valuable time, willpower and energy that could’ve been spent working on important tasks straight away on a fresh day.
To avoid this problem, make sure to clean up your work space and put things back in order before leaving your work area each day.
8. Reflect back on your day in the evenings
Before going to bed ,reflect on your day and ask yourself an important question: What good have I done today?
After noting down what went well, and what didn’t go so well during the day, look to change and improve his daily schedule.
9. Schedule downtime
After work each day,clean up your work space,have food, and spend the rest of the evening relaxing listening to music and catching up with your friends.
Downtime is a powerful productivity tool to re-energize your brain and body, to prepare for the challenges of the next day.
10. Don’t aim for perfection
What matters most isn’t perfectionism, it’s improvement.By aiming for perfection you set goals so unrealistic that they become impossible to reach and you never feel satisfied. ...?
With perfection you never admit weakness. Everything can’t be perfect at all times.Celebrate your small wins and avoid beating yourself up when you fall short of your plans, because at the end of the day, it’s the effort that really counts.
