In term of professionalism, Lesson Learned define as knowledge we gain during our professional time with failure.
Success elements define already in number of theories but for failure this is most important tool for managements.
On daily basis during our professional hours, we may face number of uncertain obstacles arise which we may fail to handle but how we overcome on these obstacles is define as Lesson Learned.
We all working in different professional fields, Lesson learned is common tool for all and rectification or improvement have same process to determine.
First to identify mistake or issues, which may relate to any field or department, it may be planning,document Control, Design, Sales, Management and others, secondly we have to take corrective action to rectify mistake or issues, third Lesson learned points after comparison of mistake/issues and corrective action, which might be resulted in time, money, management or other professional elements.
Lesson Learned practice should be shared with relevant staff to share knowledge with them.
In Perspective of Document Management professional, this is most important tool as we have number of document flow on daily basis from one point to another point (Internally / Externally).
Especially in Construction field, this tool play a vital role in view of improvement and improvisation, which may help to run daily basis activities more smoothly and successfully.

5 年I have observed that we repeat the mistake again and again though we know from the beginning that it will cost us dearly. From my experience and meeting with a few G8 personalities, I? found that meditation, prayers, yoga helps a lot and alert us to make the mistakes as they make us ALERT and signal us. Our greediness...show off...over confidence and past habits needs to be balanced and controlled.
