A tragic incident occurred at Muzaffarpur junction involving the death of a Railway Protection Force (RPF) jawan, Binod Kumar Yadav, while attempting to extinguish a fire in the sleeper coach of the Valsad-Muzaffarpur (19051) Shramik Express.
