Lesson Learned for PMI-ACP aspirants

By the grace of almighty Allah, I would like to announce that I passed PMI-ACP exam “PMI Agile Certified Practitioner” on 02 July 2020, becoming the ninth person in Bangladesh.

Special thanks to Thanks to Mike Griffiths for his excellent book. His book is really complete material for PMI-ACP exam.

Also thanks to iZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited for their study material.

The exam preparation process was challenging but rewarding. Agile mindset is very important to pass the exam.

Preparation Materials:

·      PMI-ACP Exam Prep book by Mike Griffiths

·      Self-study material from iZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited

·      PMI-ACP Simulation bank from PM Exam Simulator

·      Different ACP group from Facebook

Preparation Details:

I studied Mike Griffiths book 3 to 4 times to clear my understanding. After that I tried to solve some question from study material of iZenbridge. Like sprint I tried always 20 to 30 question at a time. Initially my score was not good. I again read Mike Griffiths book and iZenbridge material to clear my gap. I tried again to solve the questions from PM Exam Simulator. I solved only 2 full mock exam and scored 65%. I read again Mike Griffiths book and sat on exam.

Exam Day:

I scheduled online proctored exam for PMI-ACP. My experience was very good for exam. The main amazing thing for me, I completed the exam from home. It took 2 hour and 15 minutes to complete the exam. Finally, I saw "Congratulation" on my screen.

Scenario and straight both types of questions were available during exam. The questions were easier compared to PMP exam.

Again, I repeated that Agile mindset is very important to pass the exam.
