By the grace of almighty Allah, I would like to announce that I achieved DALSM certificate “Disciplined Agile Lean Scrum Master” on 12 August 2020, becoming the first person in Bangladesh.
Thanks to Saket Bansal & iZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited for arranging awesome training.
The exam process was pretty simple and straight forward.
Preparation Materials:
· Training & material from iZenBridge Consultancy Private Limited
· Choose Your WoW!: A Disciplined Agile Delivery Handbook for Optimizing Your
Way of Working (WoW) by Scott Ambler & Mark Lines
Preparation Details:
On EID vacation, I attended training for DALSM certification (2 days) which was mandatory. Saket Bansal is a good trainer of agile domain. He guided to clear the concept of DA topics. After finishing training, I studied training material & “Choose your WoW” book to clear my DA concept.
Exam Day:
I sat on exam at 10 August 2020 at midnight. The exam is closed book. The Certified Disciplined Agilist (CDA) test is 50 questions with a 60-minute time limit. To pass the test need 70% marks. I completed the exam within 50 minutes. After submitted “Congratulation” message appeared & I achieved CDA (Certified Disciplined Agilist) certificate.
For DLASM certificate minimum 2 years of agile team experience need as a lead role (PO, TL/SM, AO). I filled the DALSM application as per format & send to PMI by 11 August. Finally, PMI verified my experience and awarded me as a DALSM certified.
DA will help you to grow your mindset every moment as they are evolving continuously. One important thing, as a Agilist you need to learn & modified every moment.
