How many beliefs we learn from early childhood and they are embedded in our minds until adult life or until we realize that these beliefs don't make the slightest sense and if they did it to someone, on some day, that day has passed, it's gone , that is clear if one day he existed, because maybe these beliefs never really existed, but were invented to create limits for someone and this someone believed.
And what are beliefs?
Beliefs, perhaps we could define them as small stories or stories, which existed or not, which are real or not, which are beneficial or not. These stories that we receive can be summarized in a sentence, in a small rhyme, in a small context that sticks in our mind, like chewing gum under the shoe. It doesn't come off easy.
In short, the lack of questions makes stories true laws and rules that come to govern the life of a person or a group or even an entire society. Now, how can we recognize and separate what is an unsubstantiated belief from a meaningful story?
Trusting your personality, that is, asking about the origin, reflecting on whether what you hear is really true and acceptable, regardless, heard! I'll say it again, regardless of who's saying it. We are all human and we can have a belief tied to our mind, guiding us where we don't want to go, but we are being guided by believing that it knows where we are going, when the belief knows nothing about us, nor about what we really want, let alone understand where it is leading us.
Most of the time, we like to talk and talk and be heard. Yes, that's very good, now better for ourselves, it's if we listened more and talked less.
What? Talk less? Because? Now that someone is listening to me, will I talk less? I didn't understand?
To speak less is not to stop talking, it is to understand that one should, yes, express what needs to be said, but not forgetting that we also need to listen, which sometimes we have difficulty listening to. We may not be right from time to time and that's okay. We can also, not be right, when we faithfully believed that we were, but when listening to someone else, we realize that we are not right and IT'S OK, we don't need to be right, not even most of the time, as long as we know how to listen to who is right.
We often want to do much more, work beyond our hours, develop an information center in addition to a screen, with graphics, email shots, animated icons, alert sounds and, if possible, even predict the future. and all this to impress, to show how good we are, how powerful we are in what we do and at these times, whoever receives all this apparatus, looks at it with that expression of total detachment and tells us:
-But I just wanted a screen message and what is that? These animated icons will slow down this screen, don't you think? I didn't like the colors! What are these buttons for? I don't understand why the prediction of the future? If it was just a Yes or No message?

And then we stress...
We don't have to prove anything to anyone, we have to serve in the best way, with the acquired knowledge that we have and that we can impress, without doing more, but doing what is really necessary and that can be so little, so less, in less time. , which almost goes unnoticed, but for those who expect the solution or the service or the product, it is simply, everything.
Want to impress someone, do it yourself and every moment. Seek your excellence, seek your overcoming and that will certainly generate a lot of impact to anything you want to do. For this to happen, perhaps the comfort zone needs to be left aside and go towards what is unknown to you.
Good trip!
