Less is more ballers

Less is often more in the realm of basketball. Overtraining, excessive practice time, and a relentless focus on physical attributes can lead to burnout, injuries, and a loss of passion. By emphasizing quality over quantity, coaches can cultivate players who are mentally sharp, physically resilient, and emotionally balanced. This approach allows for more strategic thinking, creative playmaking, and a deeper understanding of the game. Ultimately, less can mean more when it comes to developing well-rounded and successful basketball players.

4 个月Kobe, Seth, Tatum, Giannis, Luka wasn’t hearing that lol. Being facetious of course. I understand what you’re implying. While still putting in their work in an athlete can sell out for his/her passion in more ways than overtaxing their bodies. Rest, nutrition, film study, meditation are a few that come to mind, hence, being emotionally balanced, deeper understanding strategic thinking, etc.. as you so soundly stated. Good, good information!
