LeSS is just scrum (or Large-Scale Scrum) that helps you achieve more.

There are many scaling framework now and all trying to resolve people problem without changing processes or structure but here is another scaling framework called LeSS. LeSS is a less prescriptive framework created by Craig Larman and Bas Vodde.
