In this high-tech age, few moments are worse than sitting in front of a non-responsive computer screen. Frustration kicks in; nothing can be accomplished.

Les Lewis and his team are always quick to fix computer issues and get employees back to their important work. Not only that, Les comes armed with a great sense of humor to ease the stress. His information-technology knowledge is broad; his help in getting us set up in our new Willis Towers headquarters was immeasurable.

Les is celebrating 10 years at ESD. We are so fortunate to have him on our team!
