LENZ Partners with Primetime Sports to Launch Maryland Tournaments

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. - March 12, 2025 - LENZ Sports Group announced today that they will be partnering with Primetime Sports to launch youth baseball tournaments in Elkton, Maryland. The tournament series will be called 'Primetime Sports Tournaments powered by LENZ' and will start in the summer of 2025. "As the LENZ team continues to expand up and down the east coast with our baseball presence, Jason {Yates} & the team at Primetime Sports were the perfect partner to lead our efforts in building a great youth event in Maryland." said Matt Wray (LENZ Co-Founder & Managing Partner).

Primetime Sports is a non-profit based in Elkton, Maryland that's main mission is to enhance the overall experience in youth sports, and find creative ways to offer affordable experiences to all communities. Working and partnering with the local little leagues, Primetime Sports will continue to grow the mission in Maryland communities and beyond.

The first tournament in 2025 is set for July 4th weekend, with the plan of shortly announcing a fall series as well. The summer event:

Star Spangled Slugfest (July 5th - July 6th)

The tournament will be offered to ages 8U through 13U, with 9U-12U being $650 per team, and 13U being $699 per team.

This event will add to the already existing 10 tournament slate LENZ has scheduled for the 2025 season in Pennsylvania, as well as the 4 tournaments in Delaware for the fall of 2025 with Titus Sports, and will continue to find ways to serve the entire east coast market.
