Lent begins with Ash Wednesday, when we get ashes in the shape of a cross on our foreheads. Thus, the journey begins. The journey of entering into the via dolorosa, the way of sorrows.

Let us enter into the journey of Christ toward the Crucifixion. This becomes our spiritual practice for the next forty days.

Prayer is key.
