We looked at this solution in 2017 and did a prototype in early 2018. When I saw a small 360 camera solution from one of Lenovo vendors. I was excited to work on this solution.

We all knew that Jabra was successful on a portable Bluetooth/USB conference speaker. I thought if I could add this 360 camera on the top of the speaker. It would be great for the traveler to carry it with them. And that was what I came out the idea as above picture.

And then I initialized a proof of concept project with a vendor. We investigated the scenarios and came out 5 display modes for 360 camera as the following.

Many people loved this idea and we decided to add it into accessories portfolio. It took almost 1 year for my team to execute this project and finally launched it this May.

I hope Lenovo customers would love it and enjoy it.
