THE LENGTH OF TIME EACH OF US SPENDS IN THE VALLEY OF SORROW MAY DIFFER, BUT THERE COMES A TIME WHEN WE MUST ACCEPT GOD’S WILL AND MOVE FORWARD!
The passage, ‘When they walk through the Valley of Weeping’ (Psalm 84:6 NLT), reminds those who were raised in cultures where any show of emotion was considered a sign of weakness that, grieving our losses is both a healthy and scriptural process, and when our strength comes from the Lord, we will not grieve as those who have no hope, but rather, walk through ‘the Valley of Weeping’ and come out of it stronger than ever before. In other words, the length of time each of us spends in that valley may differ, but there comes a point when we must accept His will and move forward. So let the knowledge that: 1) We are often shocked by the death of loved ones, but God is not; 2) He saw us before we were born, every day of our lives was recorded in His Book and every moment was laid out before even a single day had passed; and 3) One day, we will be reunited with our redeemed loved ones in His presence, never to be separated again; teach you, to cherish your loved one’s memory, but move forward to fulfil your divine destiny and purpose!FG. www.fgtalks.com
