Lemonade Insurance - Policyholder Public Enemy # 1

Lemonade Insurance - Policyholder Public Enemy # 1

Tracy Lord Bishop ,

?Rather than bogging you down with another 30 pages, I'm going to make your job easy. I'll save the additional 30 pages for the civil rights lawsuit we're launching against Lemonade,??

Please see the attached first page of Lemonade's independent adjuster, Allcat Claims Service 's report. ??

In almost 100% of all cases where an insurance carrier is based out of town, or locally during CAT dates, IAs are the carrier's eyes on the ground. It is a rare occasion where the carrier will completely refute their IA's report, especially in cases where remediation and mitigation are necessary and present the obvious, coverable, direct and physical loss. ??

Even if the carrier only pays to cover the ensuing damage and a dispute arises regarding the rebuild and/or other coverage in other areas of the claim, such as the rebuild, the carrier, in my experience almost never overturns the IA's recognition that coverage is to be extended. ?

In rare cases where a carrier might refute their IA's assertion of coverage, there is looming and undeniable grounds for denial that is recognized immediately and asserted in writing by the carrier. ?It doesn't take a carrier 2 months, two additional contractors hired by the carrier and a doctored and/or manipulated engineer report to finally present a frivolous denial with no basis in reality as grounds for the denial it sought ever since learning the claim would be classified as large loss, or even prior to learning that it was large loss. ?If you peruse Lemonade's customer complaints nationwide, this seems to be par for the course for this virus of an insurance carrier.

?No matter how bad a carrier or its hired representative may be incentivized to deny a claim, I've yet to encounter one so malicious and intentional in their systematic approach to denial that the carrier's representative would first attempt to coerce grounds for denial from the IA, then, when unsuccessful at doing so, completely ignore their IA's estimate while lying to the policyholder with claims of not having received it the IA's report.?

While completely disregarding the IA's report and its corresponding estimate, and immersed in the process of hiring contractors that might support its systematic approach to denial, a structural engineer and environmentalist both of whom are subcontractors for a company called Keystone + Experts and Engineers (no coincidence), ?Lemonade's representative, Conora Dyson, who I'm suspicious is not a licensed adjuster, completely and illegally refused to receive any information from the policyholder's contractor of choice, the choosing of which is his legal right. Instead, the Lemonade's representative commenced with requesting information from the Insured that was either nonsensical, or she knew no homeowner would be able to produce with any accuracy.

I've never experienced a carrier illegally withhold coverage for nearly two months while it was obviously seeking grounds for denial, while hiring different contractors until it was able to manipulate and/or doctor an engineer report, despite all of the misrepresentations in the engineer report that stand in opposition to the actual the truth and is refuted by Lemonade's other two subcontractor's reports. ?This is blatant misconduct and bad faith by every definition of either.?

After effectively manipulating and/or completely doctoring the engineer report to present its desired result, the illegal denial and withholding of coverage from the Insured, Lemonade's hired representative, Conora Dyson, forced the homeowner back into his newly fatal black mold and tick infested home after approximately 5 weeks of relocation, and frivolously denied his claim. The forcing of the Insured back into fatal circumstances was performed on the 59th day from the date of loss discovery by the policyholder, the day after the policyholder informed the desk adjuster that he would be submitting his sworn proof of loss on day 60. ?This is attempted manslaughter, and we are in the process of filing official charges against all parties deemed responsible at Lemonade, included but not limited to, Conora Dyson , Daniel Schreiber , Tim Bixby , Ty Sagalow , Shai Wininger , Patrick Daly and possibly Sean Burgess

Please see the attachment, the first page of Allcat's report, the report that Lemonade ignored to seek denial, then after my complaint was filed, circled back to to cite bits and pieces of, snippets of the report of Lemonade's rep's choosing, as grounds to support its bad faith, blatant misconduct and attempted manslaughter.

If this company has any semblance of intelligence, it will pay my client while he's still in the financial position where he will take it. ?I'm closing in on a non-profit that will back our civil rights lawsuit and pay him $xxx, xxx.xx the max coverage on his dwelling only, in which case their financial and mental duress tactics will have become null, and I will receive the assignment of benefits. ?I'm not settling anything. ?I'm taking this all the way through litigation, criminal prosecution and getting case law and precedent established. Give me equanimity and liberty or give me death!?

In the interim, I hope I've provided you with everything you need to penalize this virus of a company within the power allotted to the DIFS.

Vanguard and BlackRock you better redirect your investments path before these possibilities become a reality... before the aforementioned get ahold of them for their abusive use of A.I. with which to circumvent responsibility for their discrimination against low income policyholders mandated by the government to purchase insurance. Daniel Schreiber, Shai Wininger, Tim Bixby, Ty Sagalow, Conora Dyson and Patrick Daly, you're going to have some explaining to do to authorities.
