The Leinster Hotel: Redefining Dublin Hospitality

Undoubtedly the most anticipated hotel opening of 2024, The Leinster redefines Dublin’s hospitality scene as the city’s first luxury lifestyle hotel. Nestled off Merrion Square, The Leinster isn’t just a hotel; it’s poised to be a destination where locals linger and guests are inspired.

Designed by Marie Smyckova of O'Donnell O'Neill Design , The Leinster boasts 55 meticulously crafted rooms and suites, the iconic Jean-Georges rooftop restaurant, The Collins Club, and a boutique luxury gym.

From demolition to a complete rebuild, this project represents the pinnacle of innovative design and execution and the entire Pure Fitout teams have poured their expertise into creating a space we are immensely proud of. Discover more about the Leinster Hotel project here.

Voco opens it's newest venue in Belfast

voco? Belfast has quickly become a standout destination, offering an unforgettable blend of style, comfort, and functionality. With its bespoke bar created on-site in Pure Fitout's Belfast workshop, the vibrant Pomo Restaurant, and serene ambient workspaces, this hotel has been designed to provide the perfect escape for every guest.

Pure Fitout was proud to play a key role in bringing this vision to life. Our work involved a complete strip-out of the previous hotel, followed by the fitout of a spectacular new design by Aisling Healy of O’Donnell O’Neill Design.

This was a truly collaborative project, working with Cliste Hospitality , The iNUA Hotel Collection , Veronica Timlin and OODA to bring the first ever Voco Hotels venue to the island of Ireland. Together, we’ve reimagined this space into a modern, welcoming venue that embodies the distinct charm and elegance of the Voco Hotels brand - the first of its kind in Ireland.

Boojum takes the UK!

Pure Fitout is proud to have partnered with long term client Boojum to deliver four new restaurants in Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, and Liverpool, bringing their iconic flavours and vibrant atmosphere to the UK for the first time!

Each location reflects Boojum's distinctive style, with bold interiors, playful branding, and dynamic spaces designed to create an unforgettable dining experience. From the open-plan kitchens to the vibrant seating areas, every detail has been meticulously crafted to embody the energy and spirit of Boojum.

Together, we’ve created over 50 spaces, spanning nine years of partnership, that not only celebrate the brand’s identity but also elevate the dining experience for customers in every city.

From concept to completion, Pure Fitout remains committed to delivering exceptional results that meet the unique vision of our clients. We’re so excited to see Boojum thriving in these new locations and can’t wait to work on their next chapter with further expansion planned in 2025.
