Perseus has simultaneously exchanged and completed the sale of its circa 2.0-acre site fronting the A50 Groby Road, near Glenfield Hospital. The purchaser, a large, family-owned care homes operating business, cant wait to get started with the construction of what will doubtless prove to be an extremely spacious, best-in-class facility locally.
