Fascinating post, on many fronts. Most excellent evidenced-based research to begin the discussion about how to truly deal with 21st century teenage issues with a progressive lens; rather than applying antiquated solutions to a childhood issue that has generationally developed. I admire New Mexico for having progressive ideology and applying it to a new phenomena.
