LEGAL CORRUPTION BY SOLICITORS IN IRELAND
BELOW IS MY MOST RECENT ATTEMPT TO GET LEGAL REPRESENTION IN IRELAND

You will remember me from the Martin Breslin affidavit?I signed?for you. However, Because my writing is being censored in Ireland and I cannot get a solicitor?to represent?me against the Union, I would like you to do so.
Attached is the file relating to the censorship, which in particular contains?documentary proof of the Union and Employers Court. I believe the false criminal record which was tagged onto me by the RUC?in the late 60's and early 70's is what they're using for justification. I first became aware of it in 1975 when I was in Court for drunken driving and got this litany?of lies [5 pages] in the post.
In Court I lost my licence for a year - and told the Judge about the false record - and he said 'see a solicitor- which I did, several. All stated that they wouldn't go against the police or they'd have to leave the country. I am plagued on a daily basis by facial recognition wherever I go, when I enter a shop or even the library the security men and women surround me.? I know they're only doing there job - however on several occasions I have challenged them, stating that 'what they've just heard in their ear is utter nonsense. All refuse to speak - but one guy in Liddle said "it's the?computer.
Stephen, this constant surveillance is really getting to me. I'm? not asking you to do this for nothing, I will pay you. Regarding the attached file, besides the evidence of the Union and?Employers Court, i.e The Joint Disciplinary Committee - there are a few instances of the censoring of my stage-play, 'The Judas Goat' which I also attach.

I have acted for unions for the last 40 years and would have a conflict of interest acting against a union.? I am sorry to say I can therefore not accept your instructions to act on your behalf.?

Hello Christina,
I did not ask you to act for me, I asked Stephen Andress. However I respect your belief?in trade unions which dovetails exactly with my own - which you may find strange. I believe whole- heartedly?in trade unions - just not in a corrupt one.
I surmise Stephen has not shown you the documentary evidence from 50 years ago which proves the union was corrupt and along with the Belfast Docks Employers sacked union members.??No doubt as a honourable solicitor you can justify your non-action and the fact that Dockers were ordered by the Union?and Employers Court to discharge Asbesto without protection to save the employers money. Many have died. No? doubt you are not aware of the cover up by both law societies who are betraying the society of 40 years ago,?when it was?honourable. It gave me a list of three solicitors to choose from.
The first was a Mr McCann of May street. While the case was with him it progressed well. [See documents] However when the junior solicitor who was dealing with my case, Norman Shannon - left Mr McCann and set up his own practice, my case stopped dead.
When he informed me of this by phone, I went to his office and wanted to know how this happened when he was my solicitor. To calm me down he offered to get a barrister's opinion. He also fooled the barrister by only telling him of the previous solicitors who'd taken no action and nothing about his own involvement for seven years. See the barristers opinion in the file sent to Stephen, the?barrister is completely in the dark about?Shannon's involvement - or if you wish I can forward it to you.?
