TYLER WEIRS TOP 10 BUSINESS SERVICE ROLES – JUNE 2023
Role 1. Contracts Manager – Leading Pharma Company Dublin 2. Salary 55k to 75k base with shares, 10% bonus and hybrid working.
This is a brand new role for a legal professional to work with the European legal counsel for a leading global pharma company. In this role you will work on service level agreements, contracts and other legal matters such as company secretarial duties and ad hoc legal project work. To apply for this role we are ideally seeking a candidate that has had legal contract exposure within a pharma. We would also be open to a legal executive that is working in contracts in a law firm or inhouse role presently.

Role 2. Commercial Legal PA – Leading Law Firm 48k + excellent benefits and hybrid working model. ?This role will support the Commercial team within a highly successful law firm in Dublin. To be successful in this role you will have 3 years of commercial PA or Legal Secretary experience and you will also be familiar with billing or payment systems. You will work as part of a group secretarial team so you will not specifically be responsible for set partners but will be part of the overall team. This will allow you to take your holidays and not come back to 100’s of emails!
Role 3. Company Secretary – Leading Law Firm Dublin. Negotiable + excellent benefits and hybrid working The Company Compliance & Governance Group within a top tier firm is seeking a Company Secretary for their team. You will be managing a portfolio of clients throughout a variety of industry sectors. Attend and manage meetings for clients and you will also maintain the Company Minute Books including updating of statutory registers, high level transactional work and provision of company secretarial/legal advices. Also, you will proactively support and advise clients in relation to their obligations under the Companies Act 2014. Busy and rewarding role.

Role 4. Early Careers Talent Lead – Negotiable + excellent benefits and Hybrid working. This newly created role and will sit in the Learning & Development team and work alongside two seasoned graduate managers. Your role will be to build relationships with colleges, be the ambassador for certain intern and business services programmes and you will be responsible for the feedback and success of your hires. You will also be fully responsible for the onboarding piece. This is a lovely role for somebody that would like more ownership in the early careers field. Loads of progression and learning.

Role 5. HR Generalist – Negotiable + excellent benefits – hybrid working.
This is a lovely opportunity for somebody that is at the beginning of their generalist career. You will be the first port of call for all things operational and you will have a lovely senior HR Manager as your mentor. You will be part of a team of around 10 and you will be responsible for multiple populations within the business. A particular focus on ER for this role and somebody that’s comfortable with employment law. This is a really lovely team to work on with every tool given to you to succeed and flourish.

Role 6. Bid Specialist/Manager and Bid Graduate opportunities – Negotiable + excellent benefits and hybrid working. If you are currently working at an exec level in a law firm in a bid role or if you are doing bid work as part of your overall role, would you consider moving up into a manager level role managing bids in a full time capacity? The positive part of this role is that you are one of two managers so there will be cover, capacity and two executives also for back up. Role 7. Funds Business Development/Marketing Manager 75/80k with Bonus and excellent bens and hybrid working. A great client of Tyler Weirs – global law firm have an opening for a BD and Marketing Manager specifically to manage their Funds population which is essentially their flagship group. You will have full autonomy and ownership as well as budget ownership to make this group the best that it can be. You will cover everything from marketing to comms to social media to campaigns, events, to legal directory submissions to partner profiles etc. You will be their main advisor and ambassador for the group and you will have one direct report to help you along the way.

Role 8. Reward Manager – Negotiable + excellent bens and hybrid working.
Another newly created role for one of Tyler Weirs best law firm clients! You will have an opportunity to put your own stamp on things in this role. You will work on gender pay gap analysis, you will act as an ambassador for the function, you will deal with key stakeholders and advise them, you will report also to the HRD who is highly respected in the firm. This is also an analytical role not for the faint hearted and you will love excel and reporting! You will also manage the benefits and manage external vendors to secure the best possible service for the firm and for its employees. You will be commercially minded ensuring that the firm is an employer of choice through excellent compensation and benefits initiatives. The successful applicant will have worked in a reward role in any industry sector and will have the confidence and ability to run the service line to its full potential.

Role 9. 15 month FTC – Markets and Clients Development Manager – 75k to 80k + bens and Hybrid working. This role is a 15 month fixed term contract to cover for a leave of absence. The role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and BD for the firm. The opportunity to work under this excellent leader is a must for somebody that would like to springboard themselves over the 15 month period and for that reason this role is well worth considering even if you are in a permanent role currently where perhaps you have stagnated. In this role you will have an ability to surround yourself in strategic key client management as you will be driving a strategic key client programme. You will also support high value client and prospective?client proposals and presentations. You will be supporting the international business growth in (US, UK, EMEA) and through this you will be collaborating with partners, practice groups and support functions, aligned to key clients. You do not need to come from a law firm to apply but it would be advantageous.
Role 10. Tax/Compliance Administrator 35k to 50k with benefits and hybrid working. In this role you will be supporting compliance and Tax professionals. You will be working on complex documents and you will be working on and reporting on complex billing matters. This is a lovely busy role for somebody that has an interest in compliance long term and that has about 3 years of experience in a busy administrative role. Lots of potential in this role to go on and study long term in the tax or compliance areas and to learn and be mentored by the best in the business.
