Legal Alert: Final FLSA Overtime Exemption Revisions Announced

Department of Labor published revisions to the Fair Labor Standards Act white collar exemption on Wednesday, May 18. A bit of good news is that employers have until December 1, 2016, to become compliant with the new requirement. This compliance period is about 200 days, much longer than previously anticipated.
