With only a sixth-grade education, he built an incredible career, cooking for some of the most famous figures in the world. But his true magic wasn’t just in the dishes he created—it was in the way he brought people together.

A great kitchen, like a great business, thrives on teamwork. Dad knew that success wasn’t about going it alone; it was about lifting others up, trusting the team, and creating something extraordinary together. He was always surrounded by people who learned from him, grew with him, and became family in the kitchen. He knew that a leader is only as strong as the team they build. ??
