The first tranche of Class A Units offers investors an annual yield of up to 8.2%, with a total target annual return between 12% and 15%. The trust provides flexibility for investors through both registered and non-registered account options, including RRSPs, TFSAs, RRIFs, and RESPs. Additionally, a Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is available for investors looking to compound their returns.

For those interested in early redemption, the units can be redeemed upon demand after purchase, subject to redemption fees for Class A Units. The trust maintains relationships with respected institutions including KPMG LLP, Field LLP, Peoples Bank, and Canadian Western Bank.
