A Legacy of Hope in the forest

A Legacy of Hope in the forest

In the darkest depths of forest glade,

Where danger lurks in every shade,

Two rabbits met and fell in love,

As starlight shone from skies above.

Their hearts beat fast, their love so true,

They hopped and played the whole night through,

Safe in each other's company,

In this world of uncertainty.

But as they played, a shadow fell,

A predator, with hunger's spell,

And though they ran with all their might,

It caught them both, in its cruel sight.

The rabbits fought with all their strength,

But in the end, it was too late,

Their love was doomed, their fate sealed,

In this world so harsh and unreal.

Now in the forest, no more sound,

Just silence, as the sun goes down,

Two lovers lost, forever gone,

Their hearts still beating, but alone.

Their spirits now, forever roam,

In the forest where they once called home,

Their love remembered, yet so fleeting,

In this world of constant meeting and leaving.

The moon above, a solemn witness,

To the tragedy of their love's sweetness,

A love that bloomed, but never got to grow,

As fate dealt a cruel and final blow.

And so the forest mourns their loss,

As life goes on, at its own cost,

But in the hearts of those who knew,

Their love still burns, forever true.

For though they're gone, they left behind,

A legacy that will never unwind,

A tale of love, in a world of fear,

That still echoes, so very near.

And in the midst of all the pain,

A child of the rabbits remained,

Left alone in this cruel world,

With no parents to guide and hold.

But this child, with a heart so pure,

Spread love and joy, of that we're sure,

A little bundle of positivity,

A ray of hope in this world's obscurity.

With every hop and every bound,

This child's love echoed all around,

A reminder that though love can end,

Its light and warmth will always transcend.

And so the child carries on,

In memory of the love that's gone,

A symbol of hope, and love that endures,

In a world where tragedy lingers and endures.

For though the rabbits' love was brief,

Its beauty brought a sense of relief,

A reminder that even in the dark,

Love can shine like a brilliant spark.

And so we'll cherish their memory,

And hold their love as a legacy,

A symbol of hope, and love so true,

In a world where love is overdue.

For in the end, when all is said and done,

Love is the only thing that carries on,

And though the rabbits' love may be gone,

Its memory lives on, forever strong.
