The Legacy Continues! Futurity First Greater Arizona Ranks #1

Congratulations to Nancy Ball for your leadership and support, in once again driving Futurity First Greater Arizona to be recognized as the #1 Branch for 2018. This marks the 6th year in a row, 2nd year under Nancy’s leadership, and 1st full year as Managing Director. Another hidden accolade that goes uncredited to her hard work is her personal contribution to working with and taking care of our clients. If this were a metric she was recognized for, she would be #6 out of 526 Advisors across the country as well as the #2 Advisor in the Greater AZ office.

Another staggering number that is by far the most impressive in my view, is our office increased our year over year growth by 43%! That is with a major change in Broker-Dealers that consumed hundreds of hours from our team during a transition that lasted over a 3-month period. Nancy’s focus and resiliency kept us “in business”. She made adjustments that kept the financial team on track and pulled everyone together to continue servicing our clients and impacting the lives of those who put their trust in us. I firmly believe we came out of that challenge a much stronger team.

As a reminder, Nancy has qualified for President’s Club, Presidents Circle, MDRT and has received multiple leadership awards from @gama-international #LAMP19 #GoGAMAGo, an organization dedicated to the development of leaders in the insurance, investment, and financial services industry.

While we all look up to Nancy for leadership, guidance, support and being a driving force for our office, her greatest attribute is by far her friendship. If you can’t get fired up to help her accomplish her goals after the genuine love and caring she shows everyone around her, there is nothing that will. I’m very lucky and blessed to be the Associate Managing Director to Nancy and the Greater Arizona Branch.  We couldn’t be where we ALL are without you! On behalf of everyone, THANK YOU!
