Leg day, arm day; BUT we forget one...

The human mind is an incredible tool that is often undervalued. When it is functioning at its best, it is the gateway between the spiritual and physical planes. However, when it is not functioning at its best, it can allow you to live in a state of dis ease. In order to rebuild the mind and oppose any factors that allow you to live in a state of dis ease, you must engage in practices that allow you to focus on your mind and connect with your spiritual self. One way to do this is through meditation.

When you take the time to meditate, you give your body a chance to relax and calm down. The mind is also able to rest, which in turn allows you to connect with the spiritual realm and the physical world simultaneously. Most of us are conditioned to be constantly busy, and we rarely take the time to just be still. When you do, you may be surprised at what happens.

We have to be careful with the way our minds work. We can be so convinced of an idea or a thought that we never even bother to challenge it. We just go along with it because it seems like the easiest thing to do. But what if we could challenge these thoughts and ideas, and actually start to see a change in the way we think and the way we behave? By flipping the switch in our minds, we can begin to see the world in a new way and achieve greater success than we ever thought possible.
