Once upon a time God was not listening... in despair I called Devil...!

Easily got an appointment for next day! Swift response, isn't it? but I had a mixed feeling, going down this path, is it right or wrong!

?

D > Welcome, I have been waiting, you took so long...?

J > I nodded, shaking my head up and down?

D > Okay, sit there, be comfortable, pick up that drink, and let's talk?

J > Many years now, I quit drinking, also many other stuffs, I see around here...?

D > Humm.... just to please Him? To get close to Him? Or to draw His attention and favour??

J > I remained silent, trying to hold back my emotions bubbling up inside?

D > No worries, He is here! I will ask Him to serve you?

J > I kept mum, not knowing how to respond

There, in front, a man (G) looking exactly like me, appears, uncorks the bottle, staring at me takes a long pause…

And then bursts into laughter.......? and gently whispered in my ears, "are you serious?"

?

Suddenly the door is pushed open, all suppressed emotions let loose, I cried, "yes, nothing makes me happy, nothing makes me sad, no matter how much I try, I can't get away from myself"

?

G > Oh I see, you are serious, that's the real hindrance! So then do what you please, but as an offering to thee! When nothing makes sense, pat on your back, raise a toast and say cheese! For you have arrived, for a new innings, to enjoy playing in days and in nights...

I didn't understand what was being said but felt completely relaxed and closed my eyes. Sometime later, Devil pulled me and G to a night long creepy party...!

Today, on hindsight, I feel lucky, to have had intimate encounters with the darker sides. Prior to that I thought only the brighter side contains life!

I am no more scared or guilty of visiting Devil. In fact, sometimes he calls to say hello! I answer, share some moments of laughter, and express my gratitude; after all, I owe him my discovery of Leela - the dance of the cosmos!?????????
