Leaving Zurich... for something completely different

Yesterday was my last day with Zurich after 13 years. It’s been an intense, wonderfully exciting and exhilarating journey. A big 'thank you' to all my colleagues at Zurich for their patience, kindness and support and to my managers for having the courage to give me freedom and responsibility.

And now, I’m off to something completely different. To paraphrase Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn, I will jump off a cliff and build a plane on the way down. You’ll hear more when I’m ready (with the prototype for the plane), but not before...

Many have jumped off that cliff and built planes that soar in the sky. I’m sure yours will do the same ... like you built an elegant boat when you were thrown into the sea when you joined Zurich 13 years ago. All the best to you, Michael. Cecilia
