Over the past eight years, I have got on a remarkable journey filled with valuable experiences. This period has offered me intense insights into the intertwined concepts of work, friendship, knowledge, leadership, and what it means to be a good human being. Through this period, I consolidated values as the power of connection, continuous learning, and gentle leadership.
Friendship played a role in reshaping my understanding of what it means to be human. In fact, the bonds of friendship in KSA have showed me again the importance of trust, loyalty, and mutual support.
The pursuit of knowledge was always an ever-present companion throughout my life journey, but past 8 years expanded my horizons, and empowered me to navigate into the complexities of life.
Guiding others towards a shared vision, fostering growth, empowerment, and recognizing the inherent value in each individual has been a guiding principle in my leadership approach. Effective communication, collaboration, and the example of integrity were always the ‘tools’ to inspire and positively influence others.
As a conclusion, I am grateful for these last 8 years in Petro Rabigh and in Saudi Arabia Kingdom, where the Hospitality and Generosity it′s a genuine culture. I am grateful for the lessons learned, and the growth achieved. Friendship, knowledge, and leadership has propelled me towards understanding the essence of being a good people with the genuine desire to contribute positively to the lives of those we encounter, and to continuously striving to be the best version of myself.
