Leave your past like a chocolate wrap

You have eaten and enjoyed the chocolate and now the wrap is useless and therefore should be discarded in a dustbin, just like past which we have enjoyed or experienced and is of no use to us but to discard and live for today and plan for a better tomorrow. That is life all about! Let me fill in something for you for this morning. Life has it’s own crazy way of doing things, it can be cheerful, happy but also sometimes gloomy. Imagine a life without any so called problems, heart breaks, and name it whatever you’re going through right now. It won’t be as interesting as they seem to be.

Now, just remember the past are the ones that shapes us for what we are now and in broader spectrum it defines us to what we would become in the future also. Accepting your past for the way it is and coming to terms with yourself that it happened and also assuring yourself that it happened for a greater reason which seems like an invisible mountain to you as of now. But trust me, there is a reason for all those things you are facing.

Then trusting in yourself. Imagine if you didn’t go through all those stuffs would you be the same person as you’re now? Aren’t you feeling little different from others? Won’t you help another person who is going through all the stuffs that you’ve been through? If yes is your answer for these questions, then you’re in a greater position than most the people in this world. Trust in yourself that you’re going to make a huge difference in other people lives and the world badly in need of persons like you.

And look for constructive cognition. It is easier said than being done. But would it might hurt if you invest some time for the betterment of none other than yourself? Aren’t we even worth for it? say yes and start working on your problems. Create a positive environment around you. Think good do good. Don’t forget to see the mirror and put some vibrant smile on your beautiful face.

Let us build our life breath by breath today by doing mindful meditation. Try it, concentrate only on inhale and exhale for one hour daily. Try not to loose a single second out of your focus of breathing. This will bring you in present. Try not to meditate at all only concentrate of the breathing. When you can do this successfully you are doing mindful meditation to live today at this time presently.

When we think a lot about future we rather slip into past for the consequential paradigms of our minds framework that was build unconsciously. This shift happens a lot to those who were traumatised from their young age. Psychologically you can be given with a medicine but it is highly recommended not to go with it.

Traumatization, torture or any untoward incident that happens on the things that we like the most are done to reduce intelligence by people mostly jealous that means either the party that is troubling you because they are insecure or have fear of loss or getting penalised if not done for the profit purpose. Stay away from theses people. Act of God is like forest fire due to lightning, flood because of rain and so forth.

And the environment that you are comfortable where people are living their life without interfering in yours and you are feeling secured. The environment where people are not telling you life is random, this is practical world, life is like this or trauma can be treated by trauma or stress is treated by stress are the people you need to stay away.

But the people who are comforting you, like you, want to be with you patiently, engage in the activities you do, ask you to enjoy laughter with you, ask you to come with them and your instincts always been positive will be the people who are helping you actually. They are not looking for any gains (by the way gain does not mean money there is a huge list for that) from you are the ones.

Of course many studies suggest any psychological craving or gap filled can provide a great success to being in present. The person is strong, brave and smart with this kind of treatment. Others believe, treating a trauma with trauma this has never proven helpful as it will get worse and worst see who is writing such research reports you will find out yourself that how people fool us. And it is very simple to understand this analogy by an example if you have small land of soil will you sow the seeds to bear the fruits or add more soil. Secondly, do doctors heal your wound by using a hot red rod or do they use antiseptics.

And the research that were done to treat trauma and stress were done by researchers when kings and Queens use to rule. Their age was 15 years old people back then used to live until 30–40 of age and die. The current research tries to harvest the old search on the orders of their ‘sponsors’. As easy as that, you need a comforting environment and space to breath in order to stop day dreaming and focusing on your breath. Soon you will discover that how you can be in the present more.
