The Least I Can Do

The Least I Can Do

As many of you know the circus school I have been attending and performing at since 2017, SaltAer Circus School is SO much more than that to me. When we call ourselves a circus family, that is not lip service. We are truly there for each other.

Our owner and his staff of phenomenal instructors are miracles in the lives of their students.

And as someone who has experienced the miracle of circus in her mid-forties with severe scoliosis and a back full of hardware, along with many of my other fellow students battling daily health & chronic illness challenges - I do not use the word “miracle” lightly. We are truly a studio of medical miracles!

SaltAer is, however, a small business at its core with all the challenges of a small business ESPECIALLY in light of the current COVID-19 situation where “non essential” businesses are having to close as a precaution. Many of these businesses will no doubt struggle severely as a result.

As of this afternoon. SaltAer (as well as SO many other local businesses) is closing its doors until further notice.

For my part, and because I know damn well how blessed I am to have a virtual business with amazing clients, I’ve essentially decided to “adopt” SaltAer while they’re closed. It’s the best I can think of to do to help something I love that has transformed my life.

During this time, when our circus school is forced to stay closed, when you hire me for any NEW project - I will be donating 100% of the project cost to SaltAer.

If you have been thinking of working with me - this is your time not only to get the ball rolling but also to do an IMMENSELY good deed in the process.

ALSO, to hopefully make this decision easy for you - in addition to my core menu of services I am opening up ALL of my services - anything related to books. (Hourly work, reviewing manuscripts, coaching, marketing/publishing consulting, etc.)

In other words - tell me what you need, tell me your budget, and I will create a service for you. (I’ve been known to be a pretty creative person, so…. ;) )

It all goes to SaltAer so you’re supporting small business, the arts, fitness, self expression, joy, and most of all, a staff of incredible people who leave their hearts, skills, and souls on that studio floor every single friggin’ day. They give us their all so I’m giving them mine.

I hope you’ll consider helping! Shoot me a DM or an email: [email protected] and let me know what kind of book services you’ve been pondering. If you’ve been thinking of working with me, this is the time to act.

Thank you - from all of us!

PS: For those pondering my offer here... not for nothing, but I've been known to create minor creative miracles in a short period of time. (You think I talk fast? My brain goes faster lol!) For example - choose which of your many book ideas you should write now, sketch out an architecture for the book, and give you my best author productivity tips for getting it written... that's like 2 hours of consulting. How can we do some good here AND get your book in motion???
