It's been one and half years since I started my career with Techplay. After completing my post-graduate studies, I joined Techplay as a technical recruiter. It's my first job ever.?

For the first few months, I was in training. It was both a rewarding and challenging experience. Then I began sourcing and calling candidates. It was a positive experience for me because each candidate taught me a lot.?
I quickly realized that the responsibilities of a technical recruiter extend far beyond simply locating candidates and matching them to open positions. It entails making connections, understanding how business requirements change over time, and constantly looking for new ways to make the process better?
I'd say that working as a technical recruiter has taught me a lot and improved my recruiting abilities, and there is always room for improvement, which I am looking forward to.?
One of the most difficult challenges we face is candidates who accept offers and then go on to other interviews, causing all of our efforts to be futile. They commit to joining, but after seeing the new offer, they bargain at a new location and accept the best offer.
My candidates provided me with the majority of the knowledge I had in this area. Each of the candidates will teach us something.?
I would say, Recruitment can only be handled with a positive mindset and a strong team at our side.
