Learnings - Purpose of Life...

Today while watching a podcast, I got some profound insights into the true meaning of life, which emphasized these key lessons that can guide us on our journey.

a) Finding Our Goal - The fundamental nature of life goes beyond mere survival or the pressures of societal norms, like earning money / securing a job, etc. We need to challenge ourselves to dig deeper and discover our true purpose.

These are some questions to reflect :

Why am I here? - Consider the different ways in which we can impact the world.

What brings me joy?- Identify activities or causes that ignite our passion and keep up our enthusiasm.

How can I make a difference?- Think about how our skills and experiences can positively impact others.

b) Desire to learn - If we have figured out our life's purpose, the next step will be to equip ourselves with the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve it. Cultivating a desire to learn is crucial for personal growth.

The strategies may be -

Set Goals of Learning: Define specific areas related to our purpose and then explore.

Embrace Curiosity: Have a learning approach with an open mind for new areas and a willingness to ask questions.

Steady Improvement: A desire to engage in lifelong learning through books, and other reading materials.

c) Seek expert's opinion/advice - To effectively navigate our path toward fulfilling our purpose, we need to seek guidance from those who have walked similar paths to get invaluable insights.

Learning can be done in various ways -

Find Mentors: Seek insights from individuals who are inspirations for us and are achievers. They will give us clarity in our thoughts and the right direction.

Build a Positive Network: Surround with supportive and like-minded individuals who encourage growth and share valuable experiences.

Learn from Mistakes: Study the journeys of others, their winnings, and their failures to understand what may work and what may not.
