Set a total time for your writing session. Set an alarm. Reward when it finishes.?Would you be happy with a training session that had no fixed end time?!
Can write or do nothing. No other options. Max 1 hour sessions. Have a set problem you are going to work on in that session.?

Treat yourself like a toddler when writing (enthusiasm and encourage) and the other half of the time when editing be a hard arsed navy seal instructor type editor.?
