As you all can recollect, had shared my first experience in Shingijutsu event with Katahira San on 2nd October 2023.
Today i would like to share my experience and learnings from Sensei Seiichi Kawakami san, just coming out of Covid 2nd wave, we had the event at Dabaspet plant (Bengaluru).
Understood that even though every Sensei have the overall knowledge and experience on Lean manufacturing, each one of them are experts in certain domain or tools. In this context Kawakami San was Quality centric.
Realized that how Quality at Source and Right First Time can transform the Organizations. Few comments and learnings from him;
Given that we would always look Quality as one of the KPI to improve, we were baffled to hear and understand from Sensei that how impactful Quality is on Safety, Delivery, Cost, Cash and People development.
We also have the moto "If Quality is Right, Everything else will Follow"
We as the Asia region strongly promote and practice the value of Quality in everything we do!
I believe, many of you would also have experienced similar learnings in your journey. Just wanted to share my thoughts after learning and implementing...
