Learning should never stop
I often get asked what is my reason for offering training to the cleaning and Disaster Restoration Industry?
Well the answer is surprisingly simple and forthright. As a restorer who was down in the trenches for more than 30 years, I learned a thing or two, and had a lot of defeats and victories along the way. But the one thing I never lost was my love for learning and this wonderful industry.
As an industry we are blessed to have so many wonderful manufacturers, innovators, thought leaders, suppliers, instructors, training schools and more. I am grateful that JONDON has had faith and trust in me as the facilitator of my classes. I can't even recall how many classes I have attended at their different locations. The instructors would have remembered me as that guy who sat in the front row absorbing the knowledge they were sharing and always asking questions.
My students (attendees) of my classes are not ordinary run of the mill business owners. They are already very successful by anyone's measure, but want more. They truly are "in it to win it" whatever that may mean to them. They come to the classes with experiences similar to my own which is comprised of wins and losses, but they never, ever, ever will quit!
