Learning to say NO in the workplace

Have you ever agreed to working outside your remit or to helping out a colleague when you’re already stressed and overcommitted?

Do you ever look back and wish you had been more assertive when you nodded and said yes?

We've all been there. And for many of us, it’s a mistake that we keep making again and again.

To be fair, it’s not always easy to say no - especially to people more senior than us, or colleagues we have a good relationship with.

Sometimes you're the best person for the job and sometimes you're the only one who can do it. Sometimes it's simply your turn.?

But there are situations when saying no is the best option. And when these times come, you better be ready!

Luckily for you, we've created a quick course on how to say no (the right way).?

The course includes guidance on how to recognise when NO is the responsible answer, plus a framework for structuring a polite and helpful response.
