Hey there! Let's talk about managers. They’re engagement engenderers and comms conduits. They propel everyday operations and big-picture goals. They’re also suffering from alarming rates of burnout. Lack of training could be to blame, according to a recent report that calls for more upskilling, especially among "accidental managers."

On a related note, Gallup researchers have uncovered a decline in workplace respect and say managers are key to reversing it (but no pressure, right?).
