And depending on where you are located in the country, the more complex the challenges can be. Most of the people who have access to the needed computing tools to learn are in the more prosperous and more affluent schools, and these schools are run mainly by and for ex-pats or foreigners in Ghana or from wealthier families.?

As a Ghanaian, I have visited schools in big cities and villages. The differences are enormous in the quality of education, the materials available for learning, and sometimes the infrastructure and the maintenance of these infrastructures.
