Learning is pure Joy

Learning is pure Joy

Learning is joy. I am sure all of us have experienced the a sense of joy and happiness in learning, what we are curious about many time outside our education system.

Such incidental learning, or learning out of passion contributes to making of our persona. Learning also gives one confidence in life, a balanced emotional behaviours, a perfect blend of humility, and self-confidence.

How many times have we seen great scientists to young talented, and wondered, appreciate their humility and also their confidence. Family upbringing, and the school education, the peer group behaviour contributes to these personality traits.

How many times have seen such greatly talented Individuals who we interact with, and come away feeling that the person was overconfident, and may be even arrogant?

There is a thin line between being "overconfident" and "arrogant".

The deeper understanding of an individual that however much one has learned, there almost infinitely more to learn, gives the graceful self-confidence with the right mix of humility. Great people we have known, many geniuses demonstrated such personalities. when one crosses the line between being supremely confident into the arena of being "arrogant", learning stops!

The early childhood, family culture, School and Higher education, the inspirers, in most cases parents and at a later stage in life a few chosen individuals all help in making the persona.

Courage, grit, the never ending curiosity and the urge to keep learning, continuously feel the need to add value to whatever one is doing, should be a continuum. Once an Individual stops learning, that means arrogance and complacence has set in, otherwise, learning is lifelong and a person never stops learning until he/she stops breathing.

Yes very true. Age should not come in way for learning. One should develop life long learning mode to keep learning which will make us mature and be in tune with current technological growth. Being agile is the mantra. Thanks for sharing lovely thoughts of learning. Good day. Take care.
