At Freudenberg Sealing Technologies we empower our employees to drive their career growth and this equally applies to our apprentices and interns. Antonia-Jaye Wightman joined the Human Resources department only 2 months ago and alongside learning our people processes, she has already taken an active part in 2 group-based learning events: 3P (Production, Preparation, Process) and Lean Admin.

Connection, collaboration and community are important values at the Freudenberg Group After all, we are Stronger Together. Well done Antonia-Jaye - I wonder what next month will bring?
