Why are learning, mindset, and thriving through change critical capabilities for great leaders??

Great leadership is a process of learning — a continuous journey, an evolution, not a destination. It is not a position. Leaders at any level are not defined by a job, a title, or an office. They are not made by wealth, fame, or popularity. Everyone who commits to a culture of continual learning and innovation can be a leader.?

Great leaders share a winning mindset. They choose faith over fear; a boundless faith in their teams’ shared vision, mission, and those whom they serve. Finally, great leaders thrive through change and lead lasting transformations by inspiring meaningful change and leading it well. They promote a culture of innovation and adaptability across their teams by empowering all around them to be comfortable in uncomfortable, stressful, or even crisis situations. “Keep calm and carry on” is their motto.?

When others see uncertainty, problems, or roadblocks to success, great leaders see opportunities to excel. They have seemingly infinite energy, enthusiasm, and optimism, but they use good judgment and know when to exercise caution. ?
